Sarah Sjostrom (SWE) to highlight Champions Swim Series’ final meet

Olympic and World champion Sarah Sjostrom of Sweden is the most successful swimmer of the inaugural Champions Swim Series so far with 9 victories spread between Guangzhou (CHN) and Budapest (HUN) and another 3 silver medals, rounding her tally to 12 historical medals.

Sjostrom will definitely sparkle again in Indianapolis for the ultimate meet of the FINA Champions Swim Series 2019, to kick-off tonight Friday May 31 and to conclude on Saturday June 1.

ASWS, Quebec City, Day 1: China makes a statement by winning three gold

The seventh stop of the 2019 FINA Artistic Swimming World Series officially opened on May 30 in Quebec City, Canada. If the first four events are any indication of what is to come over the next days, then we can be sure that this leg will be exciting and display a high level of Artistic Swimming. The solo technical event, first on the programme, saw eight soloists vying for spots on the podium. Japan's Yukiko Inui, performing her Miracle Star themed routine, was indeed the "star" of this event.

CCS, Indianapolis: Mixed teams for the two relays revealed

The draw to form the mixed relay teams (including mixed of nationalities) was conducted this afternoon at the technical meeting in Indianapolis (USA) on the eve of the third and final leg of the FINA Champions Swim Series 2019. The four teams for the 4x100m freestyle and 4x100m medley are: 

4x100m freestyle

TEAM 1 - Josh Pernot (USA), Zach Harting (USA), Lilly King (USA), Yulia Efimova (RUS)

Dutch swimming legend Ranomi Kromowidjojo is ready to face her all time rival Sarah Sjostrom (SWE) this weekend in Indianapolis (USA) for the ultimate leg of the FINA Champions Swim Series 2019 (May 31 – June 1).

“Sarah is always swimming very fast. But every time, I try to swim my best and focus on my race even if it is always nice to face her in an event. Of course, I would love to beat her.”

ASWS, Quebec City: 13 nations ready to shine in Canada

The 2019 FINA Artistic Swimming World Series has arrived at its seventh stop in Quebec City, Canada. Over the next three days, some of world’s best artistic swimming athletes will be competing in the Desjardins Aquatic Centre at PEPS de l’Universite Laval. The ASWS series initiated in March in Paris (FRA), followed by stops in Greece, Russia, Japan, China, and USA. Thirteen delegations from Argentina, Australia, China, Colombia, Germany, Hungary, Japan, Kazakhstan, Korea, Mexico, Netherlands, Singapore, and host Canada have registered to compete in Canada.

Young U.S. talents to take part in last Champions Swim Series

The USA delegation is naturally the largest for the last leg of the FINA Championships Swim Series 2019 to be held in Indianapolis (USA) on May 31 and June 1 and FINA has invited Team USA young talents Townley Haas, 22, and Jack Conger, 24, to race in the 100/200/400m free and the 100/200m fly respectively.

Both talented College swimmers but also Olympians and World medallists are looking forward to taking part in the Series on home-soil.

The eighth leg of the ASWS brings the action to Barcelona

Barcelona will host the eighth stage of the 2019 FINA Artistic Swimming World Series from May 31 to June 2. The best athletes in the world will compete at the Sant Jordi pool throughout the weekend. It will be the last test before the Super Final in Budapest (14-16 June).

The 2019 FINA Artistic Swimming World Series arrive in Barcelona three months after the opening of the season, in Paris (FRA).

Matt Grevers (USA): Everything about this competition is top-notch

Six-time Olympic medallist Matt Grevers (USA) does not need to be introduced anymore. He is one of the most successful swimmers in the U.S. and the world’s history.
