A total of 68 swimmers from 23 nations are ready to compete in the second leg of the FINA Champions Swim Series, taking place in Budapest (HUN) on May 11-12, 2019. PR 34 – Encouraging start for FINA Champions Swim Series

Positive feedback has emerged from the inaugural FINA Champions Swim Series, held in Guangzhou, China from April 27-29, as athletes and coaches expressed their enthusiasm towards the brand-new elite competition.

Nine Olympic and 16 World champions, as well as 42 Olympic and World medallists, were amongst the high-profile line-up for this first event. Between them, athletes in Guangzhou had already won 145 medals at FINA World Championship level, 55 of them gold, sharing a further 62 Olympic medals.

PR 33 - Five golds for Russia and Japan in Tokyo's ASWS

The fourth leg of the FINA Artistic Swimming World Series 2019 came to an end tonight in Tokyo, Japan, as Russian stars Svetlana Kolesnichenko and Svetlana Romashina, both Olympic and World champions, displayed their best form over the three-day competition from April 27-29.

The Russian pair topped both the duet events, earning 95.7893 for the technical routine and 96.8333 for the free routine.

PR 32– DWS 2019: Team China dominates Montreal leg

Thomas Daley of Great Britain and the DPR Korea pair composed of Jo Jin Mi / Kim Mi Rae were the only non-Chinese divers to break Team China's supremacy this weekend in Montreal, Canada, as the Quebec city was hosting the third leg of the FINA/CNSG Diving World Series 2019 from April 26-28.

PR 31- FINA Champions Swim Series off to a winning start in Guangzhou

The FINA Champions Swim Series made a successful debut in Guangzhou this weekend, featuring many of the world’s best in an innovative competition format that rewards both swimmers and fans. The winner of each race earned $10,000 USD, followed by $8,000 for second, $6,000 for third, and $5,000 for fourth.

PR 27 – Mixed celebrations in California's Diving Grand Prix

The third leg of the FINA Diving Grand Prix 2019 concluded last night in Mission Viejo, California, USA, as the host nation clinched three gold medals.

In the individual events, Briadam Herrera (USA) took gold with 438.10 in the men's 3m event, while Hailey Hernandez (USA) was the best in the women's equivalent (312.75). Teammates Alison Gibson and Krysta Palmer pocketed the gold on offer in the women's 3m synchro (294.39).
